Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received and the artwork or design is approved by you.

Prices shown include the options you selected. GST is shown separately at checkout.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof for every order. Printing starts only after you approve it. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers and contact details on the proof.

Artwork

You confirm you own or have permission to print everything you upload. We may refuse files that infringe copyright or break the law.

Colour

Screens show RGB colour; print uses CMYK inks. Small colour differences between screen and paper are normal and are not a print defect.
