Preparing your artwork
Our upload checker flags most problems automatically, and our prepress team checks every file before printing. These rules get it right first time.
Bleed
Extend backgrounds and images 3 mm past the trim line on every side (2 mm for visiting cards and labels). This prevents thin white edges after cutting.
Safe area
Keep text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim line. Anything closer may be trimmed.
Resolution
Use images at 300 DPI at their printed size. Images from websites and WhatsApp are usually 72 DPI and print blurry.
Colour
Set files to CMYK. Bright RGB colours — especially neon greens and blues — print duller on paper.
Fonts
Outline or embed all fonts in your PDF, or send the font files with your artwork.
Formats
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, CDR, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG and JPG.

Send front and back as a two-page PDF, or upload them as two files.
